How long do I have access to my personal collections?

Your membership gives you lifetime access to the personal collections created for you, as well as to the custom artworks and all the materials available in your account.

Who is doing the colour analysis?

The uploaded images are examined by our senior colour consultant, who will extract the representative colours and sets up the custom collections for you based on the available colour matches. 

Are the collections for women only?

Currently Yours.Truly. is optimised for women. Although the same personalisation rules apply to men, due to cultural reasons they have a slightly modified palette and approach to dressing, which are not yet incorporated into the platform. If you’re interested in the extension of the platform towards male collections, please indicate your interest by sending an email to assist@yourstruly.fashion to be added to the waiting list. You’ll be informed first hand when the update becomes available on the platform.

Where do garment recommendations come from?

We refer to brands from the UK, Europe, US, Canada and South America. The listed fashion pieces come from independent, contemporary fashion ateliers, that distinguish themselves from fast fashion with the materials they use, the designs they create, the processes they’ve invented, or the customer care they deliver.

What happens to the images i've upload for the colour analysis?

The uploaded images are owned by you. We don’t own, share or disclose any of the images. You can delete them from your account after the colour analysis at any time in your Account page, under the Uploaded photos tab. The deletion is irreversible, the images will be erased from our servers.

Can i get a refund?

We offer a 30 days full money back guarantee. If, for any reasons, you are not happy with the platform, you can cancel your membership by sending a Refund Request to assist@yourstruly.fashion, no question asked. The refund will be processed within a few days and your account and personal data will be deleted from the platform according to data privacy regulations.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept payments via PayPal, which can be used either with a dedicated PayPal account or with any common card type inc. Visa, Master, Maestro, and American Express.

Can I purchase directly from the platform?

At the moment, it’s not possible to purchase the fashion pieces on our site. The links will lead you to the web shop of the fashion ateliers to purchase the chosen item from them. We’re currently working on a solution to provide an immediate shopping experience on our platform and will inform our members when it becomes available.

Can I ask the colour analysis to be revised?

If you feel like your originally uploaded photos weren’t representative and the result, accordingly, doesn’t feel right, please contact us at assist@yourstruly.fashion. We will send you the link to the upload page to start the assessment process again.

I lost my credentials; how can I log in?

If you can’t find your login details, please contact us at assist@yourstruly.fashion with your registration email, or the invoice / transaction number sent to your email address after registration, or the user name used during registration. We’ll get back to you shortly after with the account recovery instructions.

I haven’t received any email after the image upload, how long shall I wait?

If you haven’t received the email regarding your account availability, it may have got lost on its way.  Please visit your account 24 hours after registration, log out and log back in again. The results of the colour analysis, your custom collections and materials should be available. If you still can’t see them, please contact us at assist@yourstruly.fashion and we will fix the issue without delay.
